Haydon Training Business College was formed in 1992 and is contracted to the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) to deliver work-based training to young people aged 16-24.
We are one of the leading providers of training operating primarily in the Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas and have provided thousands of young people with the opportunity to obtain qualifications and skills by using an alternative route to further education.
Our range of Apprenticeships offer 16-24 year-olds the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised qualification whilst doing the job they are training for; while our Foundation Learning Programme has been developed to give young people aged 16-18 the chance to acquire the skills and confidence needed to gain employment with training.
In addition, our range of Management and Professional courses are designed to broaden the skills of the workforce.
Investing in training can help enhance staff productivity which in turn can lead to improved customer satisfaction.
Train to Gain
Train to Gain funding is available to enable staff to achieve their first level 2 or equivalent qualifiaction. If funding is granted you may be able to get all the training paid for and some help towards wage costs. The funding is available to employees who are aged 25 and over and meet the criteria.
In the first instance you should contact us either via e-mail or by telephone on 01296 612401
